Flø is a coastal village on the outermost western shore of Hareidlandet in Ulstein municipality. The landscape is weather-beaten and beautiful, with Bronze Age burial cairns and the distinctive Hoksteinen rock formation along the coastal path.

Flø has traces of settlement dating back to the Bronze Age. In the cultural landscape from Osnes to Flø, 37 burial cairns, mounds and standing stones have been recorded across eight locations. The village is exposed to the open sea towards Breisundet. Today the coastal path from Osnes to Flø is one of the most popular walks in Ulstein.

Gravrøysene i Osnes-Flø kulturlandskap
Langs kyststien fra Osnes til Flø finnes ni gravrøyser fra eldre bronsealder og jernalder. Totalt er 37 gravrøyser, gravhauger og bautasteiner fordelt på åtte lokaliteter i dette fredede kulturlandskapet.
Vestlandsperla Flø — Hoksteinen
Flø ligger ytterst mot storhavet på Sunnmøre og er kjent for det værharde, vakre kystlandskapet. Kyststien fører til den karakteristiske Hoksteinen — en markant steinformasjon ved kysten.
